Objective: Educate commuters about Pace’s family of services and the benefits of taking Pace, with the ultimate goal of increasing overall system ridership.
Solution: To help Pace build awareness and gain ridership among an audience that tends to have other commuting options, Noble focused communications on the benefits of public transportation. Noble developed messaging to help position Pace as a more relaxing commuting option that also allows riders to be more productive during their daily commute.
Results: Over the last 26 years, Noble has helped Pace to continue building awareness and increase ridership. In 2015, Pace had a year-over-year ridership increase of 2.5%. Comparable ridership from another service board in the greater metropolitan area saw a 3.54% decrease during the same time frame, while national bus ridership was down 0.8%.
